Tested Recipe Adapted from Chef Korn’s Thai @ home
2 cups minced beef (with lean meat and fat)
2 tbsp pounded garlic
1 tsp pounded coriander root
1 tsp pounder pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp fish sauce
½ tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp tapioca flour
Adequate cooking oil for deep-frying
- Mix the minced beef with salt, fish sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, garlic, coriander root and tapioca flour. Thoroughly mix until well combined.
- Take a tbsp of the mixture to roll it into ball, repeat until all the mixture is used up.
- Heat up the cooking oil over medium heat and put the balls in hot oil to fry until cooked and turn light brown, remove from heat. Drain beef balls and transfer onto a serving platter.
- Garnish with fried chopped garlic and coriander leaves. Serve.
