250g okra (trimmed both ends and slice into half diagonally)
1 can tuna flakes in oil (drained)
1 red onion (cut into wedges)
2 small tomatoes (cut into wedges)
1 red chilli (seeded and cut into wedges)
2 tbsp cooking oil
¼ cup water
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
- Heat up a wok with 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Saute the red onion until fragrant.
- Add in okra, tomatoes, red chillies, water and seasonings. Stir to combine and continue to simmer until okra become tender crisp.
- Add in tuna flakes. Stir to combine.
- Dish out and serve.
