450g pork ribs (chop into pieces)
335g small bitter gourd (cut into half lengthwise, seeded and cut into chunks)
1 carrot (cut into chunks)
10 red dates (pitted)
1 tbsp wolfberry (rinsed and drained)
2 tsp salt
- Add 2000ml of water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add in pork ribs and red dates. Bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and continue to simmer for 1 hour.
- Add in bitter gourd and carrot, continue to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add in wolfberry and season with salt.
- Dish out and serve hot.
