2 nos avocado (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 can x 185g tuna chunks in oil (drained)
1 red onion (thinly sliced)
1 English cucumber (cut into half lengthwise and sliced)
½ cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Gently mix to combine.
- Dish out and serve immediately.
