750g winter melon (seeded and cut into chunks)
400g pork ribs (cut into pieces)
15g dried scallop (rinsed and drained)
10 red dates (rinsed and drained)
1 tbsp wolfberry (rinsed and drained)
1 tbsp salt
- Add 2500ml of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add in pork ribs, dried scallop and red dates. Turn heat to low and continue to simmer for 1 hour.
- Add in winter melon, continue to simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add in wolfberry and season with salt.
- Dish out and serve hot.
