Tested Recipe Adapted from Andrew Kow’s A Taste of Home
Ingredients:
1 carrot
800g yam bean
50g shredded cuttlefish
Seasonings:
Some salt
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Some sesame oil
1 tsp pepper
Preparation Instructions:
- Rinse carrot, shred. Rinse yam bean, shred.
- Fry shredded cuttlefish in heated oil until fragrant, remove to drain.
- Add in yam bean, seasonings and carrot, fry together.
- Finally add in shredded cuttlefish, serve with lettuce.
