Yam Bean with Cuttlefish

Tested Recipe Adapted from Andrew Kow’s A Taste of Home

Yam Bean with Cuttlefish

Ingredients:

1 carrot

800g  yam bean

50g shredded cuttlefish

Seasonings:

Some salt

1 tbsp light soy sauce

Some sesame oil

1 tsp pepper

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Rinse carrot, shred. Rinse yam bean, shred.
  2. Fry shredded cuttlefish in heated oil until fragrant, remove to drain.
  3. Add in yam bean, seasonings and carrot, fry together.
  4. Finally add in shredded cuttlefish, serve with lettuce.
