Kacang Buncis & Udang Goreng Kunyit


250g French beans (trimmed and slice diagonally)

150g shrimps (shelled and deveined)

1 red chilli (deseeded and cut into wedges)

2 shallots (peeled and sliced)

2 cloves garlic (peeled and sliced)

2 tbsp cooking oil

2 tbsp water


¼ tsp turmeric powder

¼ tsp salt


¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp sugar

¼ tsp turmeric powder

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Marinate the shrimps with turmeric powder and salt. Set aside.
  2. Heat up a non-stick skillet with 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Saute the marinated shrimps until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add in red chilli, shallot and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
  4. Add in French beans, water and seasonings. Constantly stir-frying until tender crisp.
  5. Add in shrimps, toss well.
  6. Dish out and serve.
