Ingredients:
250g French beans (trimmed and slice diagonally)
150g shrimps (shelled and deveined)
1 red chilli (deseeded and cut into wedges)
2 shallots (peeled and sliced)
2 cloves garlic (peeled and sliced)
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp water
Marinade:
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp salt
Seasonings:
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp sugar
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Preparation Instructions:
- Marinate the shrimps with turmeric powder and salt. Set aside.
- Heat up a non-stick skillet with 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Saute the marinated shrimps until cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Add in red chilli, shallot and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
- Add in French beans, water and seasonings. Constantly stir-frying until tender crisp.
- Add in shrimps, toss well.
- Dish out and serve.
