Recipe with Slight Adjustment Adapted from Agnes Chang
Ingredients:
300g minced pork
3 tbsp tong chai (washed, drained and chopped)
Seasonings:
½ tbsp corn flour
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp Chinese cooking wine
½ tsp chicken seasoning powder
¼ tsp ground white pepper
½ tsp extra virgin sesame oil
Garnishing:
Some shredded spring onion and cilantro
Preparation Instructions:
- Mix minced pork, tong chai and seasonings in a mixing bowl till well-combined. Pour mixture into a slightly deep plate and spread evenly.
- Steam at high heat for 20 minutes till cooked.
- Garnish with some shredded spring onion and cilantro.
- Serve hot with rice.
